Hey there! Thanks so much for shopping with us — we’re thrilled. Before you dig in, here’s the scoop on our return policy:
No Returns or Exchanges...But
Because we sell food products, we can’t accept returns or exchanges — even if you pinky promise you didn’t take a sip. Once it leaves our hands, it can’t come back (you wouldn’t want secondhand tea anyway, right?).
However, if you really didn't like our teas, kindly let us know and we'll try and find a solution for you to be happy.

If your item arrives damaged, or broken, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the issue
- A couple of photos (so we can investigate and make it right)
